White Spot Class Action

Posted in Industry News

The most recent QSIA Media podcast relates to the creation of a class action amongst commercial fishing businesses.  Speaking with Chris Thompson has changed my perspective regarding he aims of the class action.  It’s not about compensation but a large scale damages claim.

On behalf of the association I hope the case leads to a positive outcome – that is, appropriate damages are paid by the Commonwealth to all commercial businesses involved in the class action.
